This was her first time cleaning for me today and she was absolutely lovely — very friendly, asked the right questions, and was incredibly empathetic. She did an amazing job within the time booked and paid great attention to detail. Even my dogs instantly loved her, as if they’d known her forever. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend her.
