Laura was very good - she had good attention to detail, she deep cleaned the plug hole in the shower & suggested good products for stubborn limescale on the toilet - she noticed dust on the skirting boards and cleaned the surfaces beautifully. She was also polite, friendly and good at communicating what she can do in the time available
