Lovely, warm and friendly person. Advised me on what cleaning products to buy, did a great clean of the bathroom and kitchen and worked very quickly. As this is a job share she was also able to advise me on what the next cleaner should do to rotate the jobs. Looking forward to having Lleana on a regular basis.
