Ellen is absolutely fabulous...she instinctively knew what I needed doing in the house and she was friendly with my little pug Lucky who wanted to follow her everywhere! I am quite a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning standards - however Ellen matched this with ease. I can't recommend her enough!
