He arrived in time, was friendly and polite. He got straight on with the job, clearly knew what he was doing and finished up quickly. I couldn't as for more. I was initially unhappy about paying upfront as this is not usual practice but my experience was good so I would use Housekeep again for tradesperson jobs.

Florentina cleaned our house today and she was amazing! Extremely thorough hardworking and friendly! Would recommend her to anyone. Can't believe how dedicated to providing a good service she was 5 stars is the maximum but it's not enough!
Simon was fabulous - he sorted a curtain pole that had come down and listened to what I wanted with suggestions and questions. He also picked up an extra job for me and did both of them well. Will be using him in the future
