Bruno did an amazing job. He assessed the job and was honest about the time it would take him to finish. He provided updates as he went and made sure to check i was happy with results before moving to the next task.

Always a great job from Laura, today's clean was particularly challenging. Despite the bank holiday, the heat and the vacuum cleaner trying to overheat she still did a great job.
