Choose a date and time that works for you and pay a one hour callout charge to secure your slot. If your appliance repair or installation takes more than one hour, you'll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments.

If a new appliance or any other materials are needed for the job, your tradesperson can source them locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the materials and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.

Candy is an Italian appliance manufacturer founded in 1945. That same year, Candy produced the first Italian Washing Machine – named the Model 50.

In the decades since, Candy has expanded their appliance range to include almost all domestic appliances. The first Candy dishwasher came out in 1966, and ovens, hobs & fridge freezers followed in the years after. The first Candy induction hob was launched in 2009, and recent years have seen Candy focus on connectivity and smart home appliances.
