Where to head tonight - Smith and SInclair
Recipe for 4 cocktails...
You will need...
- 4oz Gin
- 2oz of Elderflower Liqueur
- 20z of Apple Juice
- 1 Cucumber
- Mash most of the cucumber with the apple juice at the botton of the cocktail shaker.
- Add the gin and elderflower liquer on top and shake.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and add a garnish of cucumber.
