Way back in 2011 Prince William married Kate Middleton; Steve Jobs died; The King’s Speech won four oscars; the UK’s last circus elephant retired; The Arab Spring spread across the Middle East; the final Harry Potter film was released in UK cinemas; and, most importantly of all, The Nudge started emailing its recommendations of things to do in London to seven people.

Six were family members.
