Not entirely her fault, she was unfamiliar with the house and so we had to spend some time explaining where everything was and what needed doing. There was also a minor problem with the vacuum cleaner which was quickly fixed. She needed to get to her next clean so was unable to finish everything here. Her arrival time was 9 to 10 am but it was 10.20 when she arrived. Had she arrived earlier she'd have had a little more leeway and I would happily have agreed to the extra time and charge..”
