“Mohamed was excellent and worked hard. I would recommend him. I didnt really like the automated booking system because it meant I had to spend a lot of time trying to fix problems that occurred. First - cleaner bringing own products was an option.I thought that would mean a hoover,mop, bucket etc, which I didn't have. It was only after I'd handed over card details that I realised this just meant cleaning chemicals. I'd booked Mohamed for 4 hours but without the equipment there was less he could do. I tried to cancel immediately and wasn't able to cos the cleaning was the following morning. I would be billed the full charge if I cancelled. (£100.00) Luckily in my communication with Mohamed he agreed he could do 3 hours instead. Then the system tried to bill me for 3.5 hours because he worked 1 minute over. All very stressful and difficult to get a human to talk to to address these issues. Too much AI! Mohamed was great but the system ruined the experience for me with all the time it took. I did eventually get a human through email.”

Highgate is a suburb around 5 miles north of central London. It is one of London’s top places to live and has its own Highgate Society to protect its charming character. Highgate has around 10,000 residents, based in the N6 postcode district.

Highgate is known for it very attractive open spaces, including parts of Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park, Highgate Bowl and local woods. At its centre, there is the charming Highgate Village with a collection of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also the famous Highgate School, Jacksons Lane arts centre and other historic properties. Other local areas of interest include Highgate Cemetery, Highgate Wood, Kenwood House, Highpoint I and II, Athlone House, Archway Bridge, Furnival House and St Michael’s Church.

There are two local tube stations at Highgate and at Archway. There is also a good local bus service. The combination of attractive homes, outside space, top local schools and a village community make Highgate one of London’s most attractive (and most expensive) places to live. Highgate Cemetery is the resting place of many famous names, including Karl Marx and Michael Faraday.
