Local information about Oval

Famous as the home of Surrey’s cricket ground, The Oval, the Lambeth neighbourhood of Oval is situated within the wider area known as Kennington.

Grand period properties dominate the Kennington area with family-sized terraced houses featuring prominently on the local property market. New-build apartments are also now available, and older purpose-built flats are scattered throughout the area.

Transport links are great in the area, with Oval underground station receiving service from the Northern Line. The station is within London’s travelcard zone 2, making Oval a great home for those working in Central London.
