You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for boiler repair.

The tradesperson will let you know whether your boiler can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.

If it takes more than one hour to repair your boiler, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials). 

If you need a new boiler, or any other materials, your tradesperson can source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement boiler if you prefer.

All of our gas boiler repairs are completed by Gas Safe Registered engineers.
