Frequently asked questions

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for TV wall mounting jobs. If it takes more than one hour to mount your TV, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials). 

If you don't have a wall mount, your tradesperson can source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own wall mount if you prefer.

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
