You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for broken key extraction jobs.
If it takes more than one hour to remove your broken key, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).
If you need a new lock, your tradesperson will source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement lock if you prefer.
There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

If there's anything wrong with the job, let us know within 72 hours and we'll come back. If the problem’s to do with our work, we'll fix it for free.
