How to choose what happens when your regular cleaner is on holidays!

You asked, we listened.  

Now you can choose what happens with your visits when your regular cleaner is on holidays!

How does it work?

1. Your regular cleaner lets us know the dates they are unavailable.
2. You will be sent an email telling you the cleaning visits they cannot attend.
3. These visits are skipped automatically for you.



You then have 3 options, so you can decide what's right for you:

Option 1 - Skip your regular visits while your Housekeeper is on holiday:

a) Do absolutely nothing! 
After speaking to you, our customers, we've learnt that not everyone would like cover for their cleaner's holidays. This way, you can simply resume your visits when your regular housekeeper returns from their holiday.
 

Option 2 - Choose a different day or time with your regular Housekeeper:

a) Go to your Members Account and "unskip" the visit/s you would like to reschedule.
b) Look for availability using your real-time cleaning schedule.
c) Select a new day/time that suits you



Option 3 - Arrange a cover Housekeeper:

a) Go to your Members Account and "unskip" the visit/s you would like to reschedule.
b) Select the "Other" option, then look for availability using your cleaning schedule*.
c) Select a new day/time that suits you.
