Wow, what a year!
It’s been another fantastic year for the Housekeep team and after 12 months of hard work we feel that now is the perfect time for a little reflection.
We fancied a little trip down memory lane - here's a reminder of our highlights from 2018:
Housekeep excursions
Back in May, our founder and CEO Avin Rabheru featured at the Business Show as a keynote speaker! Avin discussed Housekeep's growth, as well as the reasons for Housekeep's success in the home-cleaning market.

In addition to the Business Show, you were also able to find Housekeep at the South London Job Fair over summer. Recruiting some great Housekeepers in the process, Lisa, Rhiannon and Harley had a fantastic day spreading the Housekeep message.
Awards and nominations
We had a super busy summer with the team here taking it in turns to attend an array of fabulous award ceremonies up and down the country! We’ve been all across London, and as far as Manchester, sipping fizz and collecting trophies.
Here’s a quick reminder of the awards that we’ve added to our collection this year:

- British Small Business Awards 2018: Small Business of the Year
Milestones
Outside of awards, we’ve also hit some other fantastic milestones this year.
Mid-year we were proud to reach 6-figures of 5-star customer reviews. We’ve added significantly to this number in the months since, and we’re currently standing at >130000 5-star cleans. Wow.
Team additions
We’ve welcomed some fantastic new head office staff to our team this year, tripling the size of our operation. As well as adding to our tech, operations and marketing teams, we also hired senior additions in Tom Kirby, Head of Customer Service, and Diana Kheti, Head of Product.
All in all a fabulous year
It feels amazing to reflect so positively on another Housekeep year, and there’s not too much more left for us to say really.
From us, we just want to wish every customer, Housekeeper and friend of us here at Housekeep a very happy festive season.
We’ll be back next year, with as much determination as ever to be the best that we can.
