Colindale is a suburban area, situated on the Brent/Barnet border, in North West London. As well as being a residential district popular with commuters, the area is also home to the RAF Museum which is located on the site of the Hendon Aerodrome. Interestingly, it was Lawrence of Arabia’s time at the Aerodrome that led to his decision to write under the pseudonym ‘Colin Dale’.
Colindale has become increasingly popular with families and professionals making their first step onto the property ladder. New-build flats and modern houses are continuing to emerge in the suburb, joining the existing residential streets of terraced and semi-detached family homes.
Colindale tube station ensures locals have easy access to the city via the Northern Line. The underground station is situated within the London Travelcard Zone 4.
The NW9 postcode, along with the entirety of Barnet and Brent, are serviced daily by the Housekeep platform. Our great technology ensures you’re paired with a local cleaner with domestic cleaning experience and 5-star ratings! Bookings can be made with one-off, weekly or fortnightly frequency.
