Kennington, spanning the London boroughs of Southwark and Lambeth, is an attractive residential neighbourhood in South London.

Georgian architecture takes centre stage in the area, with beautiful terraced houses around garden squares. Social housing, some of which is now on the private market, accompany the period houses, ensuring that the property landscape has something for everyone. For sporting fans, the area is significant as the home of the Oval Cricket Ground.
