Frequently asked questions

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for thermostat repair or installation.

The tradesperson will let you know whether your thermostat can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.

If it takes more than one hour to repair or install your thermostat, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

If your tradesperson needs to replace your thermostat they can source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the thermostat and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement thermostat if you prefer.

All of our gas heating services are completed by Gas Safe Registered engineers.

We also collect reviews and feedback after every job to make sure our tradespeople are 5* quality.
