Week Two of the Great Housekeep Bake Off kicks off in spectacular fashion with Freya Gibbs’ entry - a chocolate and orange cake made with, wait for it, TWO types of sponge!

Clearly Freya means business: “I wanted to include candied fruit after seeing a couple of the Bake Off contestants do it last week. I’m really pleased with outcome, but there is no way I could repeat it with any competitive time restrictions as it did take me most of Sunday afternoon!”

Not only did Freya's cake look great, it tasted AMAZING. It's going to be hard to beat.
