You can book a locksmith for any non-emergency locksmith job in your home.

Some common locksmith tasks include:

• Lock changes (for windows, front doors, patio doors, garage doors and more)
• Lock repairs & replacement
• Handle replacement & repairs (for windows and doors)
• Safe opening service (including key safes and mailboxes)
• Home security advice
• Key safe installation
• Broken key extraction
• Key cutting

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for locksmith services.

If it's a repair job, the tradesperson will let you know whether your handle can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.

If your repair or replacement job takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

When you fill out our online form, we'll ask for your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted locksmith who's based near you.

Yes - all of our locksmiths are fully insured.

We usually have locksmiths available with 1 day's notice. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.

We're not able to offer emergency same-day locksmiths.

If there's anything wrong with the job, let us know within 72 hours and we'll come back. If the problem’s to do with our work, we'll fix it for free.
