Frequently asked questions

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for a gutter repair or replacement job.

If it's a repair job, the tradesperson will let you know whether your gutters can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.

If your repair or replacement job takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

If you need new gutters, your tradesperson will source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement gutters if you prefer.

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.

We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.

We have tradespeople available at short notice or for advance booking. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.

When you book your job, let us know your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted local professional who's based near you.

If there's anything wrong with the job, let us know within 72 hours and we'll come back. If the problem’s to do with our work, we'll fix it for free.

Arrived late, but I was offered a 10% refund for the inconvenience. I cannot fault the work that was done, a large patio area quite overgrown with weeds cleared and removed completely in 1.5 hours. They also took care to avoid treading mud into the property. Overall, very happy with the skill to do the job

They were on time Very pleasant and polite Did a thorough job Happy with the outcome It would have been helpful to know in advance how many tradespeople would be required so we would have a better sense of pricing. Otherwise all good.
