My electrician today did a brilliant job and had a great attitude. I was particularly glad that he did not use technical talk. He made it crystal clear what the problem was, what we needed to do and and placed a new socket out of danger from leaks. Also, he was not phased by pulling out my lump of a washing machine, checked and tightened the water pipes. This was a professional service worth every penny

Excellent - the electrician phoned half an hour before arriving and was on time. He was friendly and polite. The job was tricky and he tackled it with great care and persistence until the two light fittings were working again. He is obviously a knowledgeable professional and I appreciated the care he took and his advice about the condition of my light fittings and electrical consumer unit.
