You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for a boiler service. If it takes more than one hour to service your boiler, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments.
If any follow up work is necessary, your tradesperson will advise on the next steps.
All of our gas boiler replacements are completed by Gas Safe Registered engineers.
We also collect reviews and feedback after every job to make sure our tradespeople are 5* quality.
Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.
We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.
We have tradespeople available with 1 day's notice. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book.
We're not able to offer any same-day emergency boiler repair services.
When you book your job, let us know your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted local professional who's based near you.
If there's anything wrong with the job, let us know within 72 hours and we'll come back. If the problem’s to do with our work, we'll fix it for free.
