How does pricing work?

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for handyman jobs.

If the job takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

How does payment work?

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

Do you have handymen available near me?

When you fill out our online form, we'll ask for your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted local handyman who's based near you.

Are your handymen fully insured?

Yes - all of our handymen are fully insured.

We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.

Do you have handymen available at short notice?

We have handymen available at short notice or for advance booking. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.

How does the Housekeep Guarantee work?

We'll match you with an experienced local handyman in just a few clicks. They can help with any minor repair, maintenance or home improvement project – from hanging pictures & mirrors, to fitting shelves and wall-mounting TVs. You name it - we fix it.

All of our handyman jobs are charged at a simple hourly rate. Just let us know what you need and we’ll give you a price. Choose a date and time that works for you and pay a one hour callout charge to secure your slot. If your odd jobs take more than one hour, you'll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments.

If any materials are needed for the job, your handyman can source them locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the materials and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.

Excellent garden handymen team of two arrived in a big van with lots of ladders and equipment and fitted the fence panels for me, and also placed the old fence panels destroyed by the weather at the disposal area that I requested. They had to walk through the house several times due to the back gate having too many steep angles for the large fence panels, so they took extra care by wearing plastic covers surrounding their shoes upon entering the house and removing them whenever leaving on the wet rainy muddy day, very nice because housekeep.com did a house clean in the morning and I didn't want to call the cleaner back the next day.
