If it's a repair job, the tradesperson will let you know whether your handle can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.
If your repair or replacement job takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).
There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
When you fill out our online form, we'll ask for your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted locksmith who's based near you.
We usually have locksmiths available with 1 day's notice. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.
