Frequently asked questions

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for an electric cooker installation job. If the installation takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials). 

If you need us to dispose of your old electric cooker, let us know when you book and we'll add this to your bill.

If you need us to provide a new electric cooker, your tradesperson will source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own appliance if you prefer.

The service was quick, excellent and efficient. The engineer was polite and professional and went above and beyond to provide advice on how to prevent the clog happen again. Please note the earlier low rating was due to a misunderstanding where I missed a call from the engineer providing an update on the job.

He spotted the problem within ten seconds and fixed it straight away, but he still stayed for a while to make sure that everything was running smoothly.
