The tradesperson (Hanan) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He spotted the problem within ten seconds and fixed it straight away, but he still stayed for a while to make sure that everything was running smoothly. He also took the time to explain to me what the problem was, how to avoid it and what to watch out for next time. I'm very satisfied.
