Frequently asked questions

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for a lighting repair or replacement job.

If it's a repair job, the tradesperson will let you know whether your lighting can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.

If your repair or replacement job takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

If you need new lights, your tradesperson will source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement lights if you prefer.

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

Our tradespeople are experienced and qualified professionals. All lighting repair and replacement jobs are carried out by NICEIC Approved tradespeople.

And we collect reviews and ratings from every job to ensure tradespeople are 5* quality.

Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.

We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.

We have tradespeople available at short notice or for advance booking. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.

When you book your job, let us know your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted local professional who's based near you.
