The tradesperson will let you know whether your underfloor heating can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.
If it takes more than one hour to repair or install your underfloor heating, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).
If your tradesperson needs to replace your underfloor heating, or they need any other materials for the job, they can source them locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the materials and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.
All of our gas heating services are completed by Gas Safe Registered engineers.
