Choose a date and time that works for you and pay a one hour callout charge to secure your slot. If your appliance repair or installation takes more than one hour, you'll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments.

If a new appliance or any other materials are needed for the job, your tradesperson can source them locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the materials and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.

NEFF's story began back in 1877 when Carl Neff produced his first oven in a cottage in Germany.

In the hundred-and-something years since, NEFF appliances have continued to pave the way in terms of innovation. Neff ovens were the first to have the entire range fitted with thermostats as standard, while NEFF induction hobs and NEFF microwaves have been available since the 1950s. NEFF also created the first built-in appliances in the 1960s.

While NEFF's innovations over the years have primarily been in the kitchen, their range now includes laundry appliances too – including washing machines & tumble dryers.
